ROOM RULES AND REGULATIONS (RULES)

Any member of the public entering the establishment attends the event at their own risk and must comply with these regulations.

I-Access

Every member of the public, regardless of age, must be in possession of a paid ticket, an invitation or a service permit.

No other person is allowed to enter the establishment.

Children under three years of age are not permitted to attend the establishment (Article 198 of the Paris Police Prefecture Ordinance of January 1, 1927) for all shows except for children's shows, for which access is prohibited for children under one year of age, and this without any possibility of reimbursement.

Furthermore, the Management reserves the right, depending on the nature of the show, to refuse access to children under ten years of age, without possible refund, in the absence of a waiver duly signed by a legal guardian.

Spectators are required to follow the instructions printed on the tickets.

Spectators who have entered the establishment and whose tickets have been checked at the entrance can only leave permanently.

Upon entry and exit, all members of the public must comply with the instructions of the reception and security staff.

The show starts at the exact time indicated on the ticket. Latecomers will only be able to access the auditorium during an intermission and depending on availability. For shows with assigned seating, access to a seat cannot be guaranteed after the performance has begun. In the case of general admission or open seating, the ticket does not necessarily guarantee a seat.

II- Ticket Office

Purchasing your ticket implies acceptance of the theater's internal regulations. Furthermore, it implies acceptance of any internal regulations specific to the event organizer, if applicable. The enforceability and acceptance of these regulations obligate the customer/spectator to comply with all their provisions.

Spectators who do not comply with these rules may be refused entry to the venue or expelled without being entitled to a refund. The same applies in the event of non-compliance with specific regulations established by the organizer.

III- Safety and regulations

In general, events take place under the sole responsibility of the organizer/producer.

If the venue or the event organizer/producer deems it necessary to implement a security check at the entrance, requiring a visual inspection or a search of hand luggage and/or a pat-down by specialized personnel, each spectator is required to comply, otherwise they will be refused access without possible refund.

If the owner of an unauthorized item refuses to part with it, they are denied access to the room, also without the possibility of a refund.

Any object that could be used as a projectile, constitute a weapon, or endanger public safety, in particular pyrotechnic articles, knives and sharp objects, plastic and glass bottles, and alcoholic beverages, is prohibited. Objects whose possession or carrying is prohibited in public (weapons, narcotics, etc.) cannot be impounded. Their discovery may be followed by notification to the police.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the establishment. The use of narcotics is also prohibited.

Documents, leaflets, badges, insignia, symbols or banners of any size and nature, which are racist or xenophobic in nature, are prohibited.

Animals are prohibited, except in exceptional circumstances.

Fire safety systems or equipment may only be activated when necessary. Any misuse will be punished.

The venue may proceed with the expulsion of any person disturbing public order or not respecting the provisions of these regulations, without any possibility of reimbursement.

IV- Other cases

Filming, photography or recording is strictly prohibited within the premises of the establishment.

Any promotional activity, distribution of leaflets or objects inside and around the establishment must be subject to express authorization from the operator.

Any use of the venue's electrical system by a spectator is prohibited. The use of mobile phones is prohibited in the venue during the event.

Consumption may only be taken in the "Bar" areas if any are available.

Respectful behavior towards theatre staff and artists is required.

In the event of cancellation of an event, refunds, if applicable, will be made by the place of purchase in accordance with the organizer's guidelines.

In the event of audiovisual recording of the event, spectators are warned that their image may appear in it.

For entertainment professionals, video insertion is subject to the theater's approval; we do not accept videos that violate public decency. You must have permission to use the videos and, more generally, respect copyright and therefore possess all distribution rights for the materials you use and share.
