Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

  • When should I go to the theatre?

For telephone reservations , and unless otherwise specified, your tickets must be paid for on-site on the day of the event and are reserved up to 20 minutes before the start of the performance (except during the Avignon Festival, special conditions apply). After this time, you may be refused entry and your tickets may be released for sale.

If you purchase a firm and final ticket , you are guaranteed access to the theater until the start of the performance. Latecomers are generally admitted, except at the express request of the producer and artists.

  • Is printing mandatory?

No. Simply showing it on your smartphone is usually sufficient.

Printing is a security measure for you. In case of a computer or network failure, or if your phone malfunctions, your proof of purchase (ticket/receipt/proof of purchase) remains the only proof of access to the show.

We therefore recommend printing according to the resellers' instructions to put your mind at ease and guarantee access.

  • Do you offer gift cards or passes?

    Yes.

You can buy a Pass at the box office for €35, valid for 4 shows of your choice. You can use it as you wish, to see 4 different shows or to see the same show up to 4 times.

This Pass has no time limit, but is nominative.

In case of loss, contact us, having a record of the number of shows already seen, we will then be able to admit you to the venue.

Please note that having a Pass does not grant priority access. As we may not know your show and performance preferences in advance, you will still need to book by phone to inform us of your visit and confirm your access based on the number of seats still available.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

In accordance with Article L 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, tickets for shows are not subject to a right of withdrawal. All orders are therefore firm and final except in the event of cancellation of the show by the producer or organizer.

    Conditions related to COVID-19:

From January 24, 2022, the "vaccination pass" comes into effect for people aged 16 and over.

It is mandatory for people aged 16 and over to access places open to the public.

For people aged 12 to 15, entry to the show remains subject to the presentation of a health pass.

    What is the "vaccination pass"?

The "vaccination pass" consists of presenting one of these three proofs:

Vaccination certification (complete vaccination schedule, including booster dose within the allotted time for eligible individuals aged 18 years and 1 month and over)

    Recovery certificate dated more than 11 days and less than six months;

    Certificate of contraindication to vaccination.

An exception allowing the use of a negative test certificate less than 24 hours old within the framework of the "vaccination pass" will be possible until February 15 for people who have received their first dose of vaccine by then, while waiting for their second dose.

    Where will it be required?

The vaccination pass replaces the "health pass". It applies to all venues hosting leisure and cultural activities.

What do those under 16 years of age have to present?

People aged 12 to 15 continue to present a health pass.

Children up to 11 years old are exempt from health passes for access to leisure venues and shows.

To be eligible for the "health pass", you must:

    • Either proof of vaccination: you must have been fully vaccinated for more than 7 days. If you were vaccinated with the Johnson & Johnson/Janssen vaccine, you must wait 28 days.

    • Either a negative result from a Covid-19 screening test: PCR or antigen test. The test must be less than 24 hours old.

    • Or a certificate proving that you have recovered from Covid-19. You must have been recovered for more than 11 days. The certificate is valid for 6 months from the day you received the test result.

    Please note:

Self-tests do not result in the issuance of certified proof and are not considered health-related proof.

You may be asked to provide proof of identity for the purpose of verifying that it matches the identity appearing on the "health pass or vaccination pass", namely the names, surnames, and date of birth.

Is the presentation of a health certificate mandatory?

If access to the show for which you hold a ticket is subject to the control of your "health pass" pursuant to Article 1 of Law No. 2021-689 of May 31, 2021 relating to the management of the exit from the health crisis and Decree No. 2021-699 of June 1, 2021 prescribing the general measures necessary for the management of the exit from the health crisis amended by Decree No. 2021-724 of June 7, 2021 (Articles 2-1 et seq., and Article 47-1), then access to the show is subject to the control of one of the supporting documents referred to in Articles 2-2 and 2-3 of Decree No. 2021-699 generating a QR code eligible for the "Health Pass" scheme.

It is your responsibility to ensure the validity of your supporting document on the day of the show, and to use, if necessary, another eligible means of proof.

Access to the show will be refused to any ticket holder who is unable to present valid proof of purchase.

The ticket purchaser will not be able to obtain a refund for their ticket in the event of refusal of access due to invalidity or failure to present valid proof, for whatever reason.

How can I find out if the event I booked is covered by the vaccination/health pass?

A pass is required for spectators aged 12 and over to access any cultural venue.

    Should I bring a mask?

For events in enclosed spaces, masks are mandatory, even if the event is subject to health and vaccination passes.

  • Vaccination pass?

The theatre management has taken note of the law establishing the vaccination pass and informs its valued customers that it will strictly comply with what the implementation of this formality in the fight against Covid-19 implies.

Therefore, it is solely up to ticket holders or those planning to purchase tickets to take all necessary steps to gain access to the theatre and attend the performance.

Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged in case of invalidity of the pass or inability to present it.

This measure is mandatory and no exceptions can be made.

From January 24th, the "vaccination pass" will be required for those aged 16 and over. An exemption is granted until February 15th for those who have received their first dose of the vaccine by then, and while awaiting their second dose, upon presentation of a negative test certificate less than 24 hours old

Children aged 12 to 15 will be able to access the show upon presentation of a health pass which allows for a PCR or antigen test less than 24 hours old.

  • Why do your prices vary depending on the retailer?

The prices shown on our website are the average prices generally observed and those applicable on site.

The promotions that may be offered by some partners most often result from so-called "flash" sales, or one-off promotions.

Under no circumstances will a preferential rate offered online by a network be applicable at the ticket office.

If you see a promotion online, our advice is to take advantage of it without delay.

Depending on the prices shown, rental fees specific to each network and point of sale may apply. These fees compensate them for their work. We do not set these fees and therefore have no control over them.
