FAIR
The Fair (rock action and initiative fund) is aimed at all artists, signed or unsigned, in career development.
Selection criteria:
Artists and groups must have performed at least 10 concerts since March 2008, not just in their geographical area (large region).
Furthermore, they cannot have more than one album that has received national commercial distribution. If such an album exists, it must not be more than two years old, meaning it must not have been released before April 2007.

A grant to help with touring and equipment (from 3050 to 6100 Euros)

PARIS IS DOING ITS COMEDY
The theaters open their doors to the biggest names in comedy. Comedians, but also musicians, jugglers, illusionists... all facets of humor are represented under the guidance of Anne Roumanoff and Michel Leeb, the festival's godmother and godfather, as well as Bruno Solo, honorary president. For this third year, the spotlight is on young talent. Auditions, comedy battles, audience favorites... not forgetting the youngest performers, expected at the Théâtre des Nouveautés for shows blending sultans, witches, pianos, and flying carpets.
