49 people, air-conditioned hall, heating, red padded seats with backs and buttocks, dressing rooms with access to the stage, toilets, complete sound, lighting and video control room (48-circuit DMX organ with memory and complete sound system, CD and MD player, video projector), stage of approximately 7x6.30, height under grid approximately 4m, ticket office, computerized and centralized ticketing, etc.


Professional Yamaha U3 upright piano, 1.30m black lacquer + black bench. One piano in each room.
