Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

The Laurette Theatre is committed to environmental responsibility. With each passing day, the Laurette Theatre becomes more eco-friendly. The theatre replaces its traditional light bulbs with energy-saving bulbs whenever possible. The Laurette recycles its equipment and used materials. 99% of the paper used for administrative purposes is recycled. We primarily use rechargeable batteries (90%), with the remaining 10% reserved exclusively for emergencies or when a rechargeable battery format is not yet available.

In July-August 2009, the theatre changed its air conditioning (known as a lost water system) to a ventilated air conditioning system.

One of the managers of the Laurette theatre has been a Greenpeace member for over 30 years now.

In the theatre, rechargeable and long-life batteries are used whenever possible and for routine use.

The theatre and its partners are taking steps towards a cleaner, more ecological world by reducing paper printing. At the end of 2015, the theatre's administration switched to e-signatures, aiming to reduce its direct and indirect printing by up to 90%.

Since 2020, we have switched to a green energy supplier.

Laurette theatre and respect for the audience:

The advertised show/performance times are the actual start times of the event. All shows begin on time (within a 5-minute window). Latecomers may be admitted if, and only if, the company, the artists, and their producer(s) are understanding and do not disrupt the organizer's overall schedule.

Audience comfort:

We maintain the hall in the best possible condition, so that the space is pleasant enough for the companies, artists, spectators but also for the staff of our establishments.

The theatre offers its program on most of the usual distribution networks and points of sale.

The types of payment methods accepted are: bank cards, Carte Bleue, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express, Visa, cash, holiday vouchers, culture vouchers, stage and outing cards, culture+ pass.

Please note, payments by bank/postal checks are not accepted.

For payments by bank card, there is no minimum amount required. We accept this payment method from 1 euro.
