*By phone, your tickets must be paid for on-site on the day of the event and are reserved up to 20 minutes before the start of the performance (except for the Avignon Festival, special conditions apply) . After this time, you may be refused entry. Depending on the organizer's instructions, our operators may request payment by credit card to reserve your seats; in this case, you will be admitted to the auditorium until the start of the performance.

Please note that payments by check are no longer accepted due to too many unpaid checks causing harm not only to the theatre, but also to producers or companies, and the great difficulty banks have in providing a satisfactory check deposit service.

Reduced rate* (accessible at the ticket office upon presentation of proof): student, young person under 25, unemployed, RMI/RSA, PMR** , over 65, senior card, holiday show card, intermittent show worker, pregnant woman, veteran, under 12, FNCTA (amateur theatre), conservatory student, student of professional theatre course (Viriot, Simon, Florent, Perimony…), Large Family Card, Public Member Card (former Off Card).

*Proof of eligibility will be required in order to benefit from the preferential or reduced rate.

**People with reduced mobility are invited to contact us in advance by telephone in order to facilitate their access to the room if accessible, regardless of their booking method.

Once the session has started, access may be refused, under the instructions of the producer and/or organizer of the show.

In accordance with Article L 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, tickets for shows are not subject to a right of withdrawal. All orders are therefore final and binding.

Tickets for shows are non-refundable, even in case of loss or theft, and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a show cancellation. Tickets cannot be resold. Do not buy tickets from strangers; you have no guarantee of their validity.

During the shows, filming, recording or photography is prohibited.

Mobile phones must be switched off.

Anyone disrupting the smooth running of the shows will be asked to leave the room.

How does it work?

The Youth Kiosks negotiate a multitude of great deals all year round.

You can obtain a voucher, which is a personalized ticket available at the Youth Kiosk reception desk, which grants you access to a discount. It is essential to present the voucher at the ticket office on the evening of the event to redeem the discount.
