About the show:

What if we married a stranger because a scientific test decided so? This is the absurd starting point of this hilarious comedy by Julien Sigalas, which has been a huge hit throughout France.

Contestants find themselves thrust into a reality TV show where they marry their “perfect soulmate” without ever having met them. The result: an official wedding… and a clear incompatibility! Between explosive confrontations, existential crises, overwhelmed coaches, unfiltered hosts, and flawed love tests, “Married to the First Nerd” offers a scathing critique of modern relationships and prime-time love.

In Compagnie Crazy's completely off-the-wall version, the play takes on a new lease of life: a fast-paced pace, visual gags, winks at the audience, and a playful and inventive production. The actors are full of energy, bringing to life a cast of characters as funny as they are extravagant. "Married to the First Nerd" is a cocktail of humor, social satire, and irresistible situations.
