THE FEDERATION OF SMALL SCENES

The aim of the federation of small stages and small structures is to encourage, develop and promote, by all means at its disposal, common artistic and professional actions with a social, educational and cultural aim in order to contribute to the overall training of women and men.

The federation is aimed at the widest audience: children, adolescents and adults.

The board of directors reserves the right to transfer the headquarters to any other location in the city of Paris, if it deems it useful.

All forms of dissemination, all measures, all activities and all means of expression for professional and social artistic purposes may be used to achieve the goals of the federation.

The federation will represent its members with all artistic, professional, social, cultural and other partners, whether public or private.

Both legal entities and individuals can be members of the association.

It is made up of founding members, honorary members and associate members.

The founding members of the federation are by right founding members.

Honorary members obtain the title of "honorary member", awarded by the board of directors to people who provide or have provided significant services to the federations.

Member members are legal entities, which meet the criteria defining the “Fédération des Petites Scènes de Paris” label, sponsored by at least one founding or honorary member and having sent a written request (by mail or email), to the board of directors. The council may refuse the admission of a member without having to justify it.

All members have a deliberative vote at general meetings, can join the board of directors, and must, except for honorary members, pay a renewable contribution each year, the amount of which will be determined by the board of directors. This contribution may possibly be revalued depending on the evolution of the general average life rate observed.

A request for additional information will then be sent to them (by mail or email), not exceeding their initially requested membership rate.

All members undertake to contribute financially or otherwise to the federation, to fully adhere to the statutes, the internal regulations and the decisions of the board of directors and the assemblies, which implies the commitment to respect them.

It is understood that the number of members of foreign nationality (non-European Union) will be limited, so that the federation cannot, at any time, be deemed foreign within the meaning of article 26 of the law of July 1, 1901.

Membership is lost by death, permanent closure of the room, professional inactivity equal to one year and one day, resignation, or by removal pronounced for serious and legitimate reasons by the board of directors.

The cancellation must always be justified; the interested member called upon to provide his explanations. Any removed member may appeal at the next meeting of the board of directors.
